finalizing an online order through the website www.esteta.bg before placing the
order.
Payment for online orders
Through the online platform of Esteta Interiori, every
customer can place an online order by adding desired products to the Cart.
Orders are confirmed and processed after sending an email or phone call from
the team. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except on national
holidays.
Orders are paid for
in one of the following ways:
1. By bank transfer - sending a pro forma invoice to the
specified email address after sending confirmation and delivery time
2. By debit / credit card
3. With "Cash on delivery" - a possible option
only when the ordered goods are available in a central warehouse and are sent
by courier company. The delivery amount is calculated according to the tariffs
of the selected courier.
Each group of products has a different delivery time to the central warehouse in Sofia. The specific delivery time, sent and confirmed in an e-mail message, comes into force after 50% advance payment or 100% payment is reflected in the bank account of the SELLER.
Orders for which no payment has been made within 5 working
days are not processed.
Standard delivery times:
• Upholstered furniture Gala Collection Poland - 60 working
days;
• Cabinet furniture, dining tables, dining chairs,
upholstered beds - 45 - 50 working days;
• Lighting - 30 working days after confirmed availability;
• Italian furniture - the delivery depends from the manufacturer.
Transport:
Transport, unloading and carrying to the entrance of the residential building are calculated as 1% of the value of the Contract, but no less than 50 BGN.
Transportation is scheduled based on the workload of the delivery schedule and only after 100% payment under the contract has been received.
Online lighting orders are made by courier, and the service is calculated according to their rates.
When choosing "Cash on delivery" the goods are sent by courier - the delivery price is calculated according to the tariff of the courier companies and is paid by the customer, regardless of the value of the order.
Goods with a delivery date are unloaded in a central warehouse in Sofia, from where they are sent by courier to addresses outside Sofia.
For addresses outside the cities with showrooms of Esteta
Interiori (Sofia, Plovdiv and Burgas) additional transport costs are charged -
1.5 BGN per 1 km, taking into account the one-way distance, which is calculated
via Google Maps.
Additional services to the specified address by the CLIENT
are performed on a pre-arranged day by both parties, in accordance with the
free dates and times in the schedule of the SELLER in the time between 10:00
and 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Requirement for registration in the schedule:
reflected additional payment in the bank account of the SELLER.
If the CLIENT does not wish to use additional services, he receives the ordered items only from the warehouse of the SELLER in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas from Monday to Friday, after prior notice. The additional payment under the Contract must be reflected and a copy of the Invoice must be submitted when issuing the order. Goods are not issued by Gala Collection Sofia, Plovdiv and Burgas showrooms.
Sample items are to be picked up from their respective showroom and will not be shipped by courier.
Import and upload:
The unloading and delivery of the items is calculated 1,5% of the value of the
ordered items. The service includes unloading from the truck, transfer to the
residential building, entry into the building, boarding with an elevator / if
there is a suitable one * /, bringing into the apartment, unpacking and
positioning the furniture in the room. Not less than 50 BGN.
* When climbing furniture by hand on stairs due to a missing
or unsuitable elevator, an additional 1% of the total contract value is
charged for each subsequent floor.
To make a delivery, the CUSTOMER must provide access to stop
at the specified address for the bus of the SELLER and the opportunity to
perform unloading activities. When performing only transport to an address, the
CLIENT is obliged to provide people to unload the goods from the bus.
When
importing and uploading, the CLIENT is obliged to ensure unobstructed insertion
of the furniture in the room - at least 80 cm wide door opening, as well as to
be suitable for operation. The CLIENT must notify the SELLER in the presence of
obstacles during the import (spiral or narrow stairs, corridors, platforms - at
least 80 cm wide opening, sloping ceilings, etc. In the presence of an elevator
in the building, the CLIENT must provide information in advance about its
dimensions in order to assess the possibility of the items to be uploaded in
it.
Deposit of sinks, toilet bowls and cabinets, 1% of the contract value, boarding in the absence of an elevator - 0.5% for each level
Import of sinks, toilet bowls and cabinets and upload is BGN 30 / piece per level.
Importing and uploading of wall and floor coverings / floorings at standard size tile is BGN 1.50 / m2 per level. Import and upload of large format plates 120x120 cm; 120x240 cm and larger is BGN 30 / piece per level, after an inspection.
The SELLER
has no obligation to export cartons and packaging from the specified delivery
address.
Installation:
The installation of the delivered items is calculated as a fixed 8% of the total value of the contract, but cannot be an amount less than BGN 50. Montage of dining chairs and tables is fixed at 5% of their value, but not lower than BGN 50.

* The
CLIENT must notify the SELLER in the presence of obstacles during the import
(spiral or narrow stairs, corridors, platforms - at least 80 cm wide opening,
sloping ceilings, etc. In the presence of an elevator in the building, the
CLIENT must provide information in advance for its dimensions in order to
assess the possibility of the items to be uploaded in it.
Pick up from warehouse:
The CUSTOMER has the option to personally receive the goods from our warehouse, after having paid 100% of the order in advance. For orders received from the warehouse, the CLIENT must choose the method of payment "By bank transfer" or with "Debit/Credit card". "Cash on delivery" option is not possible. The goods are received after reflected payment and after an agreed day and time, according to the working hours of the warehouses. Lighting fixtures in online orders are unloaded at the central warehouse in Sofia and sent by courier with the "View" option to addresses outside Sofia. Forwarding to a warehouse in Plovdiv and Burgas for personal collection is NOT possible.
It is NOT possible to receive goods from showrooms Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas.
Order return:
The CLIENT
has the right to return an order made through the site esteta.bg within 14
(fourteen) days without giving a specific reason. Only returned items that have
not been installed and have a preserved commercial appearance are accepted. The
SELLER reserves the right not to accept the returned order, which does not meet
the specified conditions. Before returning the order, the CLIENT must send an
email to office@esteta.bg, send an order number, IBAN account to which the
payment must be returned and will receive information on which address to
return in person or send the order by courier for his account. Amounts are
refunded within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order back. No custom made or personalized articles can be returned.
Warranty:
The standard legal warranty of all items offered by Esteta Interiori is 24 (twenty four) months.
Warranty for defects and breaks is void if the CLIENT has personally hauled, assembled and installed a product, in place of the SELLER'S montage and delivery personnel, and hasn't been established with a company representative in person.
The colors of the products shown on esteta.bg may differ from the real ones, depending on the settings of the different types of screens.
Product photos are supplied directly by their respective manufacturer and any discrepancies between the actual products and their respective images are beyond the SELLER'S control.
All
