The quality and appearance of the items offered by Esteta Interiori are of paramount importance to us. That is why we carefully study each complaint and strictly uncover its source, in order to prevent its recurrence.
Complaints of items purchased from Гала Колекционе ЕООД are solved according to the rules of the Consumer Protection Act. For this purpose, the customer must send a Complaint form, as well as photos and description of the item to office@esteta.bg. The form should also include contract number, address and contact data. A Complaints Department representative will contact the customer to schedule an appointment for inspection.
Working hours of the Complaints department:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 17:30
Off-days: Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and days expressly mentioned as holidays for Esteta Interiori.
